Returns and exchanges

 

Shopping with IRYNA is risk free

We are sure you will love your IRYNA products. But if for any reason you’re not happy, simply return your order, along with proof of purchase, for 100% refund of the purchase price. Or alternatively, you can exchange it for something else. 

 

Our Returns and Exchanges Policy

  • All Returns and exchanges must be received within 60 days of purchase.
  • Please include a tracking number on the returns form. IRYNA cannot take responsibility for orders or items not received.
  • Please refer to the back of the returns form for full details of the Policy.

PLEASE NOTE: We will notify you once your return has been received and approved. The refund can only be processed to the original credit card method of payment.

 

If you shopped with an Ambassador, contact them to get your return started.

Your Ambassador will be happy to assist you with your return and do everything they can to make it fast and easy. You will need to contact them personally with the product(s) you wish to return. Check the invoice that was emailed to you when you placed your order with their contact information.

PLEASE NOTE: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

What if I’ve opened and used some product?

We want you to be happy with your purchases, that’s why we give you a full 60 days to see results. We will often accept returns for products that have been lightly sampled.
